OUR SKILL-BASED METHOD IS BUILT ON THE SIX FUNDAMENTALS OF MOVEMENT & MOBILITY, STRENGTH & STAMINA, PLAY & FIGHT TECHNIQUES. WE ALSO INCORPORATE ELEMENTS OF MINDFULNESS AND BREATH WORK.
OUR APPROACH IS FUN, ENGAGING AND INCLUSIVE, VARYING IN INTENSITY FROM EASY TO HARD & SLOW TO FAST ACCORDING TO CLASS TYPE, WITH A VIEW TO ENCOURAGING DAILY MOVEMENT & LONG-TERM HEALTH.
