Jon Giswold

Advisory Board member Jon Giswold is a New York-based fitness expert and gym design consultant who has over 20 years experience in the industry.

A long time master trainer and gym design consultant, he has previously developed gym concepts for numerous US real estate developers as well as training programs for the likes of Les Mills. 

He is the author of two fitness books entitled Basic Training: A Fundamental Guide to Fitness for Men and Beyond Basic Training: Fitness Strategies for Men.

Jon continues to teach his own proprietary class concept at Equinox gyms across Manhattan and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the table as well as a unique insight into balancing aesthetic and operational requirements in an urban fitness environment.
