biophilic gym design

Biophilia abounds with details such as air purifying plants; textured moss-like carpets made of 100% sustainable materials; bamboo camouflaged speakers; Japanese style kokedama moss balls; moss ceiling panels; a giant Swedish forest wall mural (with more moss); circadian lighting to improve mental acuity by day while not disrupting sleep after dark.

Natural fitness equipment

As ever, we provided a capsule collection of carefully chosen eco-friendly sandbags, natural fibre climbing ropes, sustainable wood wall bars, handmade push-up bars and lifting logs, vintage leather medicine balls, sustainable cork foot massage balls, wood gymnastics rings and various other ‘workout toys’ to encourage movement based training.
