Coach Rubén Jiménez

Biofit PRO Coach Rubén Jiménez is an ex-professional dancer and natural fitness personal trainer based on the coast just outside Barcelona, Spain.

He started his training career as a football player before learning various martial arts such as Taekwondo, kickboxing and boxing.

Rubén then trained in classical dance and contemporary dance as a professional performer for over 12 years, leaving him with a deep understanding of movement and the human body’s potential.

Today he is a personal trainer based in El Masnou and Teia on the Barcelona’s coastline, offering private and group classes.

When Matt trained with him on the beach, Rubén impressed with his obvious technical ability, skilled movement and the ease with which he is able to create playful sequences of Biofit movements.
