Outdoor workouts have countless benefits for our health, bringing us closer to our natural essence - helping you reduce your stress levels and improve your focus at the same time as getting you fit. An outdoor workout is not always practical however, due to time constraints, locations, lack of facilities and so on.

BIOPHILIC GYMS
Just as we may feel improved mood after walking in the woods or a brief jog in the park makes you feel more alive, our biophilic gyms using biophilic design aim to re-establish this connection with nature combined with the fundamental basics of human motion through natural fitness movement - basic locomotion such as walking, running, hanging and crawling, as well as more manipulative movements such as lifts, throws and carries.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING
A natural fitness coach combines this training style with strength and stamina work including bodyweight push and pull moves with loaded squats and deadlifts.
